•FOURTH WALLING / CANON PUNCTURE: I am actually okay with anything in that though I will point out that his canon is older and also, more obscure. So someone from 1940 would definitely know about him, but someone from today would have to be a comic book fan to really know who he is.

IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•CURRENT CANON POINT: Post-Canon
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Alan Scott is a relatively tall, well-built man who would definitely fall under the category of handsome. Depending on his mood, he will look anywhere from 30s to late 50s, as his appearance is entirely psychosomatic. When out of uniform, he tends towards older modes of dress, such as a business suit and tie (or even go without the suit jacket if he's feeling 'casual'). The uniform looks like like this generally, though it can also turn into this if he's going to kick some ass, or this if he's looking younger. If you have any kind of magic indicating sense, he will set it off like a fire alarm. If you're going by scent or hearing, he SEEMS like a normal man of whatever age he happens to be. He does move with the practiced grace of a long time fighter, though.
•DEMEANOR: Alan's generally a very sedate, peaceful, friendly man. He does insist on manners and he doesn't brook people being rude or disrespectful unduly, but for the most part, he's got a very comforting and solid presence. He doesn't take himself too seriously most of the time, is happy to laugh or joke and he's got a very gentle teasing sense of humor that comes out once he's familiar with you.
•ABILITIES: Starheart Empowerment: Alan controls the mystical power of the Starheart, an ancient artifact created by the Guardians of the Universe to contain the predominate amount of magic they had gathered in the universe. After the destruction of his ring by Extant, the long-term proximity to the energy has left him able to direct the green flame and its attendant constructs by sheer willpower alone. Alan has extensive energy manipulation powers able to effect the entire spectrum including gravity, radiation, heat, light. Creating solid objects allows him to make simple weapons, entrapment devices, common geometric shapes, gigantic hands and simple containers. It has been discovered that Alan's body is composed entirely of green flame. This includes: Energy Construct Creation // Energy Projection // Enhanced Senses // Flight // Force Field // Hypnosis // Interstellar Travel // Invisibility // Phasing // Photokinesis //Superhuman Strength // Teleportation // Energy Projection
Electrical Engineering: Described as an excellent engineer he worked as both a radio engineer and repairman before becoming a super hero.
Martial Arts: Before becoming a super hero he took martial arts classes, he applies what he learns on almost every adventure and was trained further by Wildcat.
Business Management: Owner of his own communications company and president of Gotham's broadcasting stations.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: He is literally a ball of green magical flame that used to be human.
•CABIN INFORMATION: The door is probably old wood, sturdy and solid. Relatively plain but well made. The rest of his room would follow suit, as he's never been one for putting on airs even if he's been a relatively affluent for most of his life. As he takes the time to do it, there'll be sketches and symbols and little bits and pieces of memories that he'll put together to remember those he's missing.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Anything that involves the harm of children or young adults. Anti-metahuman sentiments. (JSA kids) Sexism.(Hippolyta of the Amazons is an old friend) Anti-queer sentiments. (He does in fact love his big gay son) Ableism. (He's had a few good friends who turned disabilities into abilities for fighting crime but they never stopped being disabled)
